This is a signed 11x14” archival print on heavyweight fine art cotton paper.

The print is scrupulously perfected to look exactly like the original watercolor, even with a magnifying glass.

Wood frame options: white, birch, walnut, or black. Your print will be nestled between archival plexiglass and backing board, with all hanging accessories included. I take pride in the quality and perfection of the frames I sell.

Papagoite is named after the Tohono O'odham Papago Native American people who live in Ajo Arizona, the only area in the US where the mineral is found. It’s usual tendency is to be located within veins of granodiorite, as displayed. This specimen also has a little ajoite towards the bottom, which is usual as a pairing. This specimen has such a strange surface to it, it was very interesting to paint. Found on display in the Natural History Museum Los Angeles.
